Visiting from the UK on a 60 day SETV we didn’t get asked for anything, just made sure we presented the page in the passport with the visa

Thanks Tod, so I think I understand, we would need to apply for non-o in London, based on education for the children then apply for 1 year with the paperwork from the school OR enrol in the school and get the kids ED and us non-o based on the kids being at school before we move.

I understand about the 500k requirements also.

Im not sure we could get it then, as we don't seem to meet criteria for Non-O. I was wondering if we could come in on an METV, and then once the kids had their ED, we could get the visa from theirs
