we did email them. And they send an email back. Seems like we can apply for visa via PU. But we need to check about health code too.

we also can get him Pu letter for business visa to China . I'm not sure if it will be any different. I think many people went to Thailand to be able to get Chinese visa.

I just never thought about it not being possible because nowhere it says only the Thai nationals ,but foreigners.
