Thanks. Before I thought that the report should be made somewhere on the cross of the end date of my Visa and the extension. I understand that the report should be done just before applying for a Visa extension. I already figured out how to solve it. The problem was that I have been temporarily staying as a guest in an apartment that my friend rents and we both did not want to bother the apartment's owner about the TM30 report, so the plan is that I book a hotel room just to get the TM30 report.

Yes, right, let me explain. Currently I am temporarily staying at my friend's rented apartment. I know that it is also possible to get the TM30 report from the house owner, however we do not want to bother the house owner, he might not like the idea, because it may look to him that I am going to stay here long time which is not true. I hope it is more clear now.

The city I am staying is Nakhon Si Thammarat, I visited the provincial immigration office here today but I found it really hard to understand what they require from me.

Thanks for the response. My current Visa ends on 7th of May. Does this mean I should check-in in the hotel on 7th of May or 8th of May and get the TM30 reported by the frontdesk? Or it can be done earlier?
