Im just am concerned if getting denied I will be in the computer system for further visa applications as " denied " I even contacted an immigration lawyer in Bangkok and he suggested going for the O and extending with the requirements in country . I will see when Im back in the states and anything changes in the next few months Thanks again

Been looking here and also googling the offense as far as being denied but haven’t come across any as of now

My concern was applying for O-A and then being denied that stays in their computer profile if I went to apply for a different visa afterwards Thank you
