It's based on a tourist visa, but I more am wondering when the very latest I can stay until is....Like am I allowed to stay to May 2nd... as in like still be in the country on May 2nd but leaving that day... Or must I leave prior to the date of May 2nd?

That is good news, thank you... the thing I was most worried about (worst case scenario) was them letting me go to the Myanmar port and then getting stuck on the entry back in. But you're saying that is not possible because my visa would not be valid to enter Myanmar, Correct? (In which case if there were any confusion about the rules I would know far before taking the ferry ride).
