Thank you so much Tod Daniels for this explanations. But please, I want to be cleared on this . I have been doing my yearly extension base on teaching for but the past four years now, I have never for once told about this TM30, and just last week when I went for my 90days, they gave me the TM 30 form and the requirements to give to my house owner. And I'm a bit surprised because I have never seen or heard of it for the past four years I have been doing my extension. So I want to ask, is it a new law or has it been there?

2. If it has been there, why haven't I been told about it all these years but now? Thank you.
