I have my closest friends from France with this kind of visa, and they informed me about any steps and any troubles. But they followed my recommendations to call for PM, then all their troubles were solved by him.

It was funny when they came to Kasikorn branch to open account and our provincial stupid staff asked their... WORKPERMITS.

On the next day, after they phoned to PM, the manager of the branch came to their house with bookbanks and atm cards. Because of Thai Elite club has a power to solve any problems with their customers

for holders of Thai Elite it can't be the same with other visa holders. Please ask your personal manager about it. May be (MAY BE) you should be in the imm office by yourself but you shouldn't pay smth.
