 yes, and we took photocopies of their birth certificates, my husbands thai ID, thai driving license and thai passport. Aswell as our marriage certificate and my uk passport. We werent married when our first was born so we had to provide a dna test to prove she was my husbands daughter. About 3 hours at the embassy and got it all done

I have done this for my kids. Born in UK but have Thai father, i contacted the Embassy and made an appointment. It was very easy.

 yes you can, im not in the US, ive literally done it with the London Thai Embassy. My non o is based on marriage but both marriage and retirement intial 90 days can be done in my home country.

I got my 90 day Non O in my home country before coming to thailand, so that i have the 3 months to get the money in the account etc.
