- so you are saying that since my son was born before we were married I need to go to either Family Court or her Amphur to be recognized as the legal father. Sorry for all the questions.

- how do you define legal father? My son is 1 year old, I am listed on the birth certificate, we were married after his birth, he has my last name and we are both listed in the family book. Am I missing something?

- why would it matter if the child was born after you were married? Is it not sufficient to be named as the father on the birth certificate?
