Robert, you are really sweet explaining all these things. 🙏🏼 Most of them I already know as I am researching about visas for a while. I still haven't got an answer for my question which is; do I have to fly to my home country to apply for ED visa or I can apply in NL too? :D

yes I know the difference thank you. As I said in my original post, my main interest is if I can apply for ED visa in a foreign country. Other than that I heard that probably with ED visa I can automatically have medical insurance and other goods. My situation is that I have to decide if I want to study or travel. This is why I asked the "vs." :)

I mean METV. And I don't get what you don't get about ability to apply for ED visa in a foreign country which is not my home country but where I am registered, legally working and living. 🤔
