You can't on bell travel because of the mini bus to hotels in Pattaya.

Only problem with Bell Buses 🚌 is you have to pick a time for departure from BKK airport, if you're flight ✈️ is delayed and you miss your departure time on bus they WON'T let you on the next bus !!!!

You will have to pay again unfortunately, that's the only snag.
