Well, I just emailed them this morning and I'm not sure when the answer will come. I read on the forums yesterday and found out that the embassy in Ankara takes a very long time to do everything and there were cases when people waited for two months. It's a pity I didn't know this before I applied for a visa. But now I'm just trying to consider all the options.

So in theory, I can do this, just leave Thailand and come back only with the issued visa to activate it?
