Thank you! So I can make the hotel as my new stable residence as long as they just sumbit a TM30.
I'll make sure they give me back some sort of tm30 receipt (as far as I know, that should be a screenshot of the submission).

thanks. So just filing a TM30 (hotel) it's sufficient to make the hotel my new long term residence in Thailand.

sure. So it's ok to stay long term in a Hotel without a contract and under a non immi visa.
If the hotel submits the TM30 that is sufficient to record my new residence in Thailand and it can stay so as long as I stay there.

So, there is no problem in staying long term in a hotel under a non immi visa and without contract.
So I assume TM30 has no start and end date on it.
