Ive tried and tried to contact the Thai Embassy at least 20 times both e:mail and 100s of calls to no avail..just do not respond

yes mate Im in exactly the same boat..its appalling how theyre treating long term partners/spouses and people who have child dependants.. ive been there 22 years married with children and a business ..and cant get back..I came back to the UK for bereavment but now cannot get back simply..its a nightmare

You must stay in expensive hotel.

I have a flight booked with Qatar from Edingburgh to Doha the Doha to Bangkok..Ive had to change it twice now its rescheduled for October 8th.. but looks like I may have to change again due to the thai government not opening up and the hoops of fire you have to jump through..

Im on a retirement ..I had a work permit 22 years paid tax and social fund ..still 49% percent shareholder my wife is 51% have to dependants and legally married ..have full covid insurance cover to there requirements but still cannot get intouch with anyone at the Thai embassy. I departed on a return ticket on tge 21st July and now cannot get back..what a sham..😡well peeved off
