Depends where you fly through but expect to go through security on your connecting flight even though you’re already inside a security zone and just changing planes. Depending on the airport you may need to do that twice - once in the concourse and once at the gate with a wand and a detailed inspection of your carryon. None of that is about Thailand, TSA, or customs. So…no durian. Cheers.
