Sorry to hear this Clive. I hope that you can return to Thailand well before the New Year. Many countries are talking about offering swab tests at the arrival airports with results know within hours. Austria are already doing this. This will hopefully prevent the long and expensive 14 Day quarantine process. Keep positive mate.

Thanks for raising this question Mark. I’m in a similar position and will be applying for the Non-Immigrant Type O visa as I’m aged over 50. The Royal Thai Embassy in London has recently opened for consular services except visa applications so I believe Garrett’s feedback is correct.
