What is the stay duration and reporting requirements for a DTV visa in Thailand?

You get 180 days stay for each entry. You can go out and come back multiple times and you will get 180 days stay validity each entry. There's no limits in a year. You will only need to do 90 days report if you stay more than 90 days.

Is a final balance of 500,000 baht sufficient for the DTV visa application in Vietnam, or must it be maintained for 6 months?

In my experience, they only checked the last balance. I only had 500K for one month when I applied. My visa was approved.

Can a Thai bank account statement be used for the DTV application if the funds come from wire transfers?

I applied in Ho Chi Minh. Yes, my visa got approved and I'm already back in Thailand. They didn't ask anything to me. I applied with a Remote Work. They only checked the last balance even though they asked for 6 months statement. I only had 500K for 1 month.
