curious finally did you success with registration as landlord at immigration system? Could you please share your experience how to complete it?

I'm trying to register myself, but it shows that some field is missing when I click submit button. Looks like it complain about "* ลงทะเบียนที่หน่วยงาน" field as it empty and can't be edited.

Just reporting - successfully got a TR-visa in Ankara.

The only differences with “well-know” embassies:

1. they required bank statement with all transactions within last six months as proof of reasonable income (not less than equivalent of 800$ monthly) instead of just statement with fresh amount.

2. They required booking reservation for whole period of stay. Cancelable booking. com reservation accepted.

3. Paid In-Out tickets must be.

Visa processing time:

submit from 9am till 11:30am, get the next working day between 4pm - 5pm

James Miller yeah, I have one TR visa in 2018 (with extension), and one with extension at the beginning of 2019 and one one month visa-free entry in June just for couple of days during transit.

Visas with extension in another passport (in Ukraine we can have 2 active passports), visa-free entry in current one.

Yeah, I know even if I enter with different passports everything in their system.

But.. we travel with 2 kids, so, usually some staff who manages queue before immigration route us to fast track and never had questions there. It happens couple of times already. Last time at immigration checkpoint they even took one picture of us instead of one-by-one.

But sure, it's all depend on luck.

for myself ) unfortunately my wife always have to go China for visas. As I told in consulate for Chinese nationalities that restriction across all thai embassies.

I'm Ukrainian, but it's quite unclear where to find list of "general" nationalities and "certain".

Checked whole website, but can't find how exactly they split.
