 yes I am fully aware... 4 years is rare though... 2 years more common... but the land is suppose to be for business purposes, can be for "future expansion" though.... or just do what I do and put it in my kids name!

 the people above are correct.. you can own the house just not the land.... you can also own a condo or strada development... and BOI can own land...

 "sort of" as you know, the land with the exception of 1 rai for a home is suppose to be for business purposes.
