yesterday, my colleague called the call center of immigration office, they replied there is no specific days requirement like 45 days, but I also heard about this rule from someone else, really confused...

thanks, for my kids i will let the school prepare the documents for extension and also receipt of tuition fee. the headache issue is my wife's visa, when i asked the officer in government complex, they never give me exact confirmed file lists with very bad service mind. if i cancel my wife's current visa, she only can stay in Thailand for 2 weeks, so i have to make sure all the required documents are well prepared.

i am in Bangkok and we went to government complex to apply the student visa.
