many people in this group ( like me) do not spend their entire lives/12 months of the year in Thailand. I was merely pointing out that if you don’t live full time in Thailand, then it might be a good idea to buy insurance that is ALSO valid outside Thailand. Get over yourself

it’s not. ‘Best COVID cover’. The best cover is not to take an insurance that can only be used in Thailand. Unless you plan to stay in Thailand for the duration of the cover.

Did you have a return flight? If so was it 90 days or less from departure? It's a minor check at airport because they presume, if you have CoE that that has been checked during that process.

that’s great. Such bad advice here about getting Thai insurance. Many of them are annual payment only and only cover Thailand!

why? Thai company will only cover you in Thailand. Many other global options

actually that’s not true. I have Cigna Global and it’s covered me exactly the same all the way through COVID. If you get Thai insurance it can only be used in Thailand
