the original poster asked if she would be allowed in with a NON-B. I answered that question. I did not advise her on what else she should do to get in.
I also just checked the embassy website and it lists the exact same criteria. NON-B holders are not on the list, only people who hold a "valid work permit".
Please tell me where it says a person with a Non-B may enter the country.
I just had a friend go through the process and they only allowed her through because of the work permit. She just finished her state in quarantine last week. It was an expensive and long process. Perhaps they are allowing non-B holders in now, but from what I've heard from someone who just went through it was difficult even with a work permit.
