*UPDATE. I went to Bangkok Bank headquarters in Sala Daeng based on info from someone on this thread (thank you!). I have some useful info for those looking to also setup a bank account. I am able to set one up by providing the following printed documents: business formation info (for my overseas company / how i'm supporting myself while in BKK); Driving license (overseas); Passport; Signed 1 year condo lease contract and proof of address; Thai mobile number (permanent not temporary); printed DTV visa that was issued. It's a lot of information, which luckily I can provide, and Individual circumstances may vary. Advice would be to go early in the morning as I had to wait 1 hour to be seen. Also, someone else on this thread asked me to message them privately about agent info. They were asking for 17,000 THB! Siam Legal wanted 10,000 and are a credible company, so be aware of the price disparities if you do go the agent route. :-)

I tried Bangkok bank, Siam and krungsri in emquartier but not sala daeng. I will try around there. Thank you.
