Dependant application just needs a birth certificate and your bank statement of 500k (same statements can be used for each child application). You'll need to write a sponsor letter stating you'll cover them financially.

Do factor in a lot of time overseas for the whole family. Your application may take 1-2 weeks, then once approved apply for theirs which is another 1-2 weeks. Highly recommend doing it in the same country. I got mt dtv approved I'm hcmc and then my kids in taipei- taipei was fussy about why I didn't apply in the same place

Minimum age to get dtv as main applicant is 20 years old. So if the tweens are your children, then you can get them their own dtv as a dependant. You'll need to be approved for your dtv first, then apply for each of them (copy of your dtv visa, birth certificate etc). Whether the kids attend school or not is irrelevant to dtv application.

Or do you mean they are not attending muay thai school. When applying as dependants (children, spouse) they dont need to prove any activities as you are sponsoring them with your dtv visa
