i don't think so. I was running to different banks these 2 days and they all said no except for TTB.

This is the house registration from your landlord. You need to get it from your landlord with signature if you have a good landlord that will be willing to provide it. Also a side note about opening bank account with a DTV.

So far only TTB will be able to open a bank account on a DTV if you manage to get the house registration with a signature from your landlord. All other banks in Bangkok will not accept DTV as a visa to open a bank account if you do it by yourself

you can't. you can only upload one document per field. You will have to combine the employment contract with the certificate.
