Thanks mate I’m not experienced in this visa stuff hence the stuff up with the visa . Also was not planning on my stay being this long but as Australia has locked me out I don’t have a lot of options

I am not planning on staying for a year and would prefer to avoid all the headaches by opening bank accounts etc . And hoping there is a simple option. But yes the family extension is an option

I entered non -o visa and then received the 60 day family extension already . So I’m assuming I’m un able to get that extension again without leaving the country
