I ended up going with Worldtrips insurance. Was $35 for 3 people for 8 days and apparently covers us for just about everything. Thailand pass has already been accepted and emailed to me.

 Thanks for the advice, but I'd rather just pay 650 each for the insurance and send our info in myself.

 AXA is 1000 for 7 days, 1600 for 2 weeks (which I'd need because we'll be there 8 days) and 2600 for a month.
