I applied using my rental agreement before noticing the posts. If it gets rejected, I will use the agoda route.

Any idea what I should/can do with an almost expired rental agreement? I'm going to extend the agreement, but I'm not there to sign a new one, therefore I can only upload the one that is about to expire?

I've got the rental agreement and just realised it expires on March 31st. I do plan to extend it, but no paper work can be signed currently. Do you think this will be an issue?
