They don't provide that kind of paper, I'm already in rhe process of getting a new passport. Thailand immigration has already allowed me to come back in with a damaged passport so I don't see why they wouldn't allow me an extension while I have proof I'm waiting for a new passport. But I'm just hoping the new passport will arrive before the end of this month
I'm not sure I have another option if my new passport doesn't arrive on time, my current passport is damaged (biometrics work, only the photo of the info page has been smudged by water) so I can't get out of Thailand.
OK so that means I don't really HAVE to move the stamps then 🤔 But since I'll have to come back to Thailand afterwards, I guess I'll do it just to be safe (in case I get an extension on my visa exempt entry). Thanks again for your help :)
Thank you! So that means that if I do an extension (I can't be sure I'll receive my passport within the next 20 days), I WILL have to go to immigration for a stamp transfer right?
