My husbands company said I would still need to leave the country to convert it, do you think I should be able to convert without leaving? Thanks

Luckily I have him but we got married in Greece so had to get my Greek wedding certificate notarised in UK and then signed bu Thai Embassy in London. Currently waiting for the Thai Embassy to sign it so should be fine soon!

I am British, I have been here once this year on a 60 day tourist visa with one 30 day extension. Spouse/Dependant visa for my British husband who has a work permit.

I know Christmas isn't a holiday for locals but I don't want to spend it stuck out the country separated from my husband on this day :)

I haven’t extended it yet. I came out on 60 days and this will be my first extension. Also in yet to find out 🙈 the UK does not have a process to register overseas marriages as they automatically see it as legal however immigration are insisting. So now I’m trying to get in touch with the British Embassy In Athens to see if they can provide anything. It’s proving very complicated but when I find out I’ll update in here
