But RE attor and agents will tell you opposite.

can't legally purchase land

Lawyers will tell you set up company with Thai 's and they sign over proxy.

Lawyers know all proxy holders....think !

*condos are inexpensive,

*but 49 % pay for 100 maintenance fees, the 51% thais don't.

* Check out juristic ( they manage )

* There's the good, bad and ugly.

Talk to friends you know.

Visit bldg ,talk to owners and tenants.

Due diligence the Juristic Office for the bldg.

Get maint fee.

It's a buyers market big time but realtors tell you otherwise

Often bldg lobby will have ads from owners selling direct.

Always share transfer fee.
