Is My Non Immigrant O Visa Still Valid if I Couldn't Do a Border Run?

Same boat here. Multi entry Non-O visa expired June 17. Can't do a border run so now waiting to see what options I have.

Didn't get a chance to cross the border once.

It's not getting another tourist visa that's the problem. It's getting through immigration at the airport, that's my main concern.
