Sure. You can go golf or massage daily, the list is on elites website but chains such as let’s relax and healthland. A Thai massage at the breeze spa is 2800, foot massages are about 600-1000. If you golf, green fees are paid, you just pay for the caddy. Annual checkups are also included worth about baht. Easy to open bank accts with an appt or get your drivers license (Bkk only), free Camry taxi when traveling internationally both ways, lounge access at the airport. Basically you are a VIP in Thailand, step off the plane and they greet you with a golf cart to immigration.

Only when transferred, the original owner has the lifetime clause. I think they put that in so these visas would be around forever. I estimate I use 5000 baht worth of perks weekly.
