thanks again! yes I’ve had to do in-person reports the last 2 times because online was rejected. Still can’t use online system though. Wish they gave a reason for rejection!
thanks! Yes and yes to those questions, but someone else suggested it may be because I have a new passport now to the one I last entered on. Any idea whether it’s possible to reset this so I can use the online system again? Or would it require leaving and re-entering the country?
