Why is my 90-day online reporting being rejected in Bangkok?

I always used to do my 90-day reporting online without issue, until I moved to Bangkok. Now it always gets rejected (without any reason given.) All details I provide are correct, and it's within the due date period, so I'm not sure what I need to do differently.

Does anyone else experience this issue when reporting online in Bangkok, or have any suggestions what the reason for rejection might be? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is experiencing repeated rejections when trying to complete their 90-day report online in Bangkok, despite providing correct information. Other users suggest checking if a TM30 form was filed when moving to Bangkok and whether the new online system is being used. They also discuss concerns about reporting timelines and the necessity of personal visits to the new immigration office.

So a related question to this thread. When the poster moves to new accommodation within a new immigration jurisdiction, as well as filing a new TM30;

1. does the clock for the new 90 day report reset from day one of the new TM30 application or does he continue with current 90 day and report it in the new immigration office.

2. Does he need to do a personal visit for the first 90 day report in the “new” immigration office.

TM30 doesn't reset 90days count

You need to use the immigration office that serves your TM30 filed address. You can try a 90days report online and if it succeeded, you don't have to go to the immigration office to file. Or if your 'new' immigration office accepts, you can also send a 90days report by EMS.

When you moved to bangkok

did you or your land lord file a TM30 showing that you are now registered as living in Bangkok?

AND

Are you using the NEW 90 day online system at this link?

thanks! Yes and yes to those questions, but someone else suggested it may be because I have a new passport now to the one I last entered on. Any idea whether it’s possible to reset this so I can use the online system again? Or would it require leaving and re-entering the country?

and since you got the new passport have you filed at least ONE 90 day report in Bangkok in person?

It used to be ONCE you got a new passport inside the country you couldn't use the online system anymore because the TM6 (arrival departure card) can only be coded to one passport (the one you entered on) so it would be a mis-match in the system.

BUT now the new system doesn't require a TM6 # so I dunno why it would not go thru.

Apply again with the new system. I know some people who applied, were rejected, applied again with the exact same info and were approved 😮

thanks again! yes I’ve had to do in-person reports the last 2 times because online was rejected. Still can’t use online system though. Wish they gave a reason for rejection!

aaaah - could be that I coincidentally got a new passport around the time I moved. Any idea whether it’s possible to reset this so I can use the online system again, without leaving and re-entering the country?
