maybe in this case there is no free top up solution, but it is not true that always the user has to pay for these transactions. There are digital wallets and bank accounts that can be topped up by card with 0% commission.

in 7-11 you can top up the balance by credit/debit card, or by cash? Everywhere I read that you need to come with cash to top up the app.

Did any of you guys, who haS DTV, managed to pay by QR code? There are apps for that, but I saw that all apps, allowing to top up the balance by cash only. How can I top up the app's balance by internation credit/debit card, Any solution without opening local bank account?
