More than a couple oil and gas guys I know used them.

Depending on frequency of travel the APEC card can be useful for this.

thats the 'old' 90 day online system, which failed more often than it worked.. the new 90 day system seems to be much more consistent (not failed me yet, with travels and others)..

Lots of folks seemed to have tried the old system then given up assuming it never improved.

1 year v 10 years.. No brainer IMO.

Once I pass 50 I am 99% going to go this way.. The only reason not is I constantly think I should be working to citizenship and this visa cannot support the required work permit.

Says she had a tourist visa (the TR) hence 60 days..

Did she have a visa and not know it ?

I dont / wont work here so this is second hand information but I understood also that when the employer cancels the work permit you have 7 days to leave the kingdom and its not possible (well not easy) to transfer to any other extension of stay.. Its a 'you must leave' 7 days. EDIT :: You can of course return for a new permission of stay.

Verify that but this is how I understood it.
