I am going to Chiangmai for a week. I have not left Pattaya for an overnight stay since Covid days. I can't recall if I need to check in with immigration for the TM30.? I will be staying at a hotel. Thanks
I am in retired visa, expires January 5th, when I got the visa, before 90 days check in, I left Thailand, came back 4th of July, residence I checked in they copied passport, when I should go check in with immigration? Thanks for help!
I need some information regarding a non-O visa for the purpose of volunteering. I’m from the US and will be using the consulate in NYC. Below is a screenshot of requirements from their website. I can get an invitation letter from the host organization.
Will I need a work permit once inside Thailand?
And what are the financial requirements?
Since it’s 90 days at a time is a border bounce required or just immigration check-in?
This is where I get confused. Any and all info regarding a non-O visa with the purpose of volunteering would be greatly appreciated. Even any info not related to the questions I asked would be helpful. Thanks!!!

Hey crew, my wife is on a Non-O and has a re-entry permit for the trip to Australia we have just arrived back from. Our children are followers on her visa. They need to check in tomorrow when immigration opens (I don’t because I’m here in tourist visa at the moment). My question is: can I go and check them in just by taking their passports, or do my wife and all 5 children need to show their faces there in order to check in? 🙏 THANKS.
Based in Chiang Mai, we are on a retirement visa and are just off overseas for the first time since getting it (we have re-entry permits). My question is A) do we have to check in at immigration on our return and B) we will be changing address 1 month after we return, I think we will have to advise them, yes? Both questions - can we all this on line? Thanks for your feedback.
