TLDR : Answer Summary
If your 90-day check-in in Thailand falls on a weekend, you can still complete your report. You are allowed to submit your 90-day report anytime from 15 days before the due date to 7 days after it. This means you can file your report online, by mail, or in person, as long as you do it within that timeframe. It's also possible to have someone go on your behalf if needed.

You can do online between 14 and 7 days before the due date, or you can sent it in 15 days before the due date by old fashioned mail or you can visit in person or send an authorized person between 15 days before till 7 days after due date. If you fail all these options the fine is 2.000 Thb.
