TLDR : Answer Summary
The best days to visit immigration in Thailand, particularly for a check-in between April 25-27, are typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, preferably around 2 PM. It is advisable to avoid going on Mondays and Fridays, as well as the week following Songkran due to increased crowds. If your purpose is for a 90-day report, you can visit anytime within two weeks before or one week after the due date.

Always best to go to Immigration on Wed or Thurs at around 2PM, after immigration return from lunch.

Tod Daniels - there are exceptions to every scenario. My comment was based on experience addressing O-A extension and 90-day reporting.

Not necessarily so; :/ if you show up at that time of the day to get an extension of stay based on education and you'll be there until 7:30 or so :/

If it's just a 90-day report you can go anytime 2 weeks before or 1 week after. But try to avoid the week after Songkran when it will be extra busy. Mondays and Fridays are also best avoided.
are you going to get your extension or are you going to just file a 90 day report?
It really doesn't matter, the days you mention are well after the songkran holiday and it will be back to normal. The best days to go are usually Tues, Wed, Thurs.
