I am doing the e-visa application for Non Imm OA visa for the first time. I have to upload supporting documents. In some categories, like "financial evidence" and "passport pages containing travel information of the last 12 months", I can only upload one document. But I have the information in two or three .pdfs or .jpegs. What is the solution to this? Is there a way to upload two or three documents to one section? Thanks for advice.

I went today to Chiangmai immigration offices to extend my Non Imm OA visa ( from UK) re entry permit.

I asked for 60 days due to COVID. I got a under consideration stamp told to come back in 15 days when they said would give me another 45 days.

It took a few hours some form filling in and photocopies cost 1900 baht they did ask to see my insurance which I have.

The volunteers at immigration were really very good it was my first visit. I was impressed with the process, and Thai staff.

Just posting as I have had help from this group and thought may assist.

I am in Thailand I had a Non Imm OA visa issued in UK it expired September 2020.

I travelled back in October 2020 using my multi re entry permit, the re entry permit expires 2nd March 2021.

My question can I extend this whilst in Thailand ( I’m based Chiang Mai ) or is they any other way I can stay for another month only ?

I don’t really want to put the money into my thai bank for 2 months to change the visa type as I only want to stop until April.

Thanks very much for any advice.

Visa renewal question. I know I've seen this in here before but can't find it.

My Non Imm OA visa was issued in March 2020 however for obvious reasons didn't get here until October and passport is stamped until October 2021.

My question is do I have to renew my visa in March or October of 2021

Tod & Robert,

Benjamin referred me to you both. Appreciate if you would provide clarity, to conflicting information, when I file my Non Imm OA Visa extension.

Attached is a snapshot of my visa and all the stamps. Some key information:

* My visa was issued, in Chicago, on 12Sep2019.

* My family and I visited CM from 3-11Oct2019

* We moved to CM on 20Dec2019

* We have remained in Thailand since 20Dec2019

* My son attends school and my wife is his guardian. Their visa renewals will be squared away by his school.

My question is what date should I reference to submit my one year extension, aka “second year”?

2a. 11-Sep-2020

2b. 1-Oct-2020

2c. 18-Dec-2020

TIA for your feedback.

Hi..I’m a danish citizen holding a Non Imm OA visa.

It expires in October so I’ll leave and go back at the end of September.

When I next year need a new visa, I will properly have a problem meeting the new rules of income...or 800k in the bank.

I do have a company that owns my apartment...Will the value of my apartment in any way replace the demand of 800k ?

Any help would be appreciated
