The visa fee is one thing and is paid for in the currency where you are applying.
The proof of funds (50,000 baht) is a different thing and should be ok in any currency, so long as the bank statement (proof) is in English or Thai.
I'm not sure why you mention jewelry, but you cannot pay for either with jewelry!
