Today I had an appointment for my extension of stay based on retirement at
CW in Bangkok.
I had prepared all the documents at home and were there 30 minutes before my appointment.
First step was to let them check all the documents which was without problem. But they told me fill in another couple of forms and sign some. It was about accepting rules of overstay, guarantee that I stayed at the reported address and so on. Mainly the same information as in the TM7 form. The question is where can I download these forms to be better prepared next time?
They also told me to get a printout of my online reservation. Can be good to know so you don't need to run downstairs to the photocopy shop as I had to do.
But when I had all the required documentation it went very smoothly, totally I only spent 30 minutes there today, compared with last year when I spent 8 hours there, despite I had all the documents needed.
