TLDR : Answer Summary
A community member is seeking a resource that provides detailed line by line instructions for completing the long stay immigration forms in Thailand, specifically looking for guidance applicable to those from the USA. Responses indicate that the TM7 form is commonly used for the one-year extension of stay, and provide a link to a Thai immigration form that is available in both Thai and English.

You recently retired, came to Thailand, set up home in a nice house. You don’t already have an O-A? What visa did you come here on?

Or as the official name of this visa: I'm older than 50 years old and willing to sit out the rest of my life in Thailand.

i'm not asking you to answer the question, it seems that this question is incompatible with the long stay visa, which is why i'm sure they have the additional form. My guess for this entry if you are applying for a long stay visa to put long stay here. Or maybe put "See Additional Form"

Setting up your own company and work every day, spend some time to see temples and beaches as a tourist, work as an English Teacher, Yoga teacher, train in Muay Thai, become a dive instructor, I guess you know the best what the reason is why you like to visit Thailand.
