Where can I find the form for the COVID-19 60-day extension in Thailand?
I'm looking for a form that says that my embassy is not giving letters for an extension, I believe I downloaded it from this group.Its for my new covid 60 day extension.thanks

They hand it out to you at the immigration office, you can down load the form we have BUT there is no guarantee that it's the one they use at your immigration office. Some have their own. I'd just get it there, it only takes a minute or two to fill it out
