TLDR : Answer Summary
The question seeks sources for Thai immigration forms that can be filled out online and printed. Responses indicate that most immigration forms, including those for visa extensions, cannot be filled out online and must be printed and completed by hand. It's suggested that users determine the specific form they need and the immigration office they will visit, as requirements may vary by location, particularly in response to COVID-19. Additionally, some forms may be found in community files specific to the user's immigration office.
To keep things simple and in the same post, are you looking for a TM7 form?

Okay first off let's actually find out WHAT form you need & where your immigration office is; as in what is it you're trying to do at the immigration office? We might have the form in our files section.
I need the Tm 7 form. Chiang Mai will not accept the old form. There are lots of the old forms in fillable versions on line, but none for the new form. I have the Tm 47 for 90 day. I just change the date and print it every three months.

There's no forms which can be written to online. You have to print and complete by hand

Each immigration office *MAY* have their own forms. SOME immigration offices have their own website, some don't. For Bangkok, the forms needed to get a 60 day extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 can be found in the "Files" section of this group.
