What should I do if my landlord can't access the old TM30 application for immigration?

Happy 2024, Group members!

I asked my landlord for an updated copy of my TM30 because Immigration said the old one was blurred. She can no longer access it on the Immigration website (the original TM30 application was filed a year ago).

Is the proper procedure for me simply to file a new TM30 application?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your landlord cannot access the old TM30 application due to it being blurred and no longer searchable, you should file a new TM30 application. Your landlord must register on the updated TM30 website, submit a new application, and then generate a PDF to provide you as proof.

Yes. TM30 can only be searched for in the system for 7 days after it's filed.

Your landlord will need to register with the new TM30 website since it was changed a couple of months ago. Then submit a new TM30 for you and then use the new button to generate a PDF file that they can send to you for proof.
