Okay, so.. what happens if your landlord doesn't wanna accompany you to the immigration in fear of their own safety?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If your landlord is reluctant to accompany you to immigration due to safety concerns, you may be able to obtain an authorization letter from them. However, it's important to note that in Bangkok, the landlord's presence is generally not required for immigration processes, as highlighted by other community members.

IF your profile is to be believed and you're in Bangkok, you don't need to do that.
