Cant find answers so I’m asking here. 

How to apply for the TM30 form online as a landlord? It’s my first time so I need to do the process to get a code I think. I’m in Surat Thani region. Thanks for advice

Well not that easy to register. I’m being blocked for some reason with the app and the intranet 🤷🏼‍♀️

I think it was related to Mac. Auto fill and pop up windows blocker. I’ve disabled but not getting through the registration still when I press SUBMIT. 🤔

if you were getting this error it was pop-up and/or auto translate, auto fill.

you go to the website (OR download the mobile app) and sign up to USE the online registration system, they send you a user name and a temp password, then you go in and change it and after that you can file Tm30's for that address.
