Hello im gonna do the a extension on my spouse visa, however my landlord (not the real owner of the house) has registered my adress at his house as they are saying the houseowner isnt staying in hua hin. However im gonna need to change the house adress to the real house im staying at now as I need to take pics infront of the house, and show rental agreement etc. Etc. Could the real houseowner register my adress in the city she is in and send the slip that im suppose to have in the back of the passport to me? Or does she need to Come back to hua hin as thats where the house im living in is.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The real house owner can register your new address remotely if they have the necessary documents. They can send you the signed rental agreement, ID copies, and any other required paperwork. However, local immigration offices may have different policies, so it's best to verify with your local immigration authority.

Every immigration has its own policy, I set mine up for my landlord.

I'm fairly certain the real house owner could send all the documents, signed rental contract, signed book house copy, signed Thai ID front and back copy, to you, and you could present them to the local Immigration where you're staying.

yeah I though that would work too. But I went there by myself and they said that I cant do that, because the the owner of the house needs to do it by herself :/

You need to be registered within 24 hours after arriving at an address in Thailand.

The owner or a landlord with access to the documents as ID card and blue house book from the owner can set up an account to make this reports on line.

If the house owner already has the account she can report from where she is inside Thailand,

You need a copy of the rental agreement for your Extension, you better start to sort out your real and fake addresses before you make you way into Immigration. Good luck
